RETURN PROCESS

PLEASE ALLOW FOR 5–10 DAYS FOR REFUND FROM WHEN WE RECEIVE THE PRODUCT(S) BACK.

STEP 1: Check our return policy below and make sure your product is eligible for return.

STEP 2: Fill the return form and wait for us to get back to you with details to send the product back.

STEP 3: Allow up to 2 weeks to get your money back from the date we receive the product in our facility.

Return Form

RETURN POLICY:

  • Only products purchased at wilsonme.com can be returned to us.
  • Items purchased at wilsonme.com may be returned within 14 days after the original purchase date.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless there has been a mistake with your order. Original shipping costs are not eligible for a refund.
  • Custom product orders and strung racquets are final and cannot be returned.
  • Refunds are issued in the form of the original payment. Wilson will provide a full refund in the same form as the original payment.
  • Refunds may take between 5–10 business days* to process once an item has been delivered to our warehouse.
  • Items must be in new condition and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Items purchased anywhere except wilsonme.com must be returned to the original place of purchase.
  • We don’t accept direct exchanges. Instead, we offer a return and re-order policy for purchases through our online store.

REFUND POLICY

If you intend to raise an exchange or refund request, please send your concerns along with the order number and proof of purchase to ecom@wilsonme.com.

Refunds and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the order’s date of delivery.

Return and Refund Policy

  1. Return Shipping Fees: Return shipping fees of 25 AED will be chargeable for all return requests. This amount will be deducted from the refundable amount.
  2. Refund Timeline: Once a refund is processed, it may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your bank account (depending on your bank’s processing time).
  3. Conditions for Returns: All items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached and packaging intact. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
  4. Non-Refundable Items: Personalized products, items marked as final sale, or any products specified as non-refundable cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returned or exchanged items will be inspected. You will receive an email informing you whether your return or exchange has been approved or rejected.

REFUNDS

For approved refunds, the amount will be returned using the original mode of payment used.

For rejected refunds, the product(s) will be shipped back to your listed delivery address; logistics charges may need to be borne by you.

Exchange Policy - Within UAE

Free Return and Exchange
  1. Return and exchange processes are free of cost for approved exchanges.
  2. Store Credit for Exchanges: For approved exchange requests, the value of the returned item will be issued as store credit. This can be used to place a new order.
  3. Combined Return and Exchange Requests: If an item is processed for both return and exchange but only the return is completed, a shipping fee of 25 AED will apply.
  4. Exchange Conditions: Exchange requests must be made within the return time frame. Items must be returned in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Exchanges in All Other Countries (Except UAE)

IMPORTANT: All items for return or exchange outside of the UAE must be shipped back by the customer. Shipping costs (including import taxes) will be borne by the customer.

For approved exchanges, the new product will be delivered to you; however, shipping charges may apply.

If your exchange request is denied, the items will be shipped back to your delivery address; logistics charges may apply.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded but can be exchanged for a different size.

GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS

  1. Items must be unused, in original packing, and in sellable condition.
  2. Returns must be accompanied by the original order confirmation.
  3. Beauty items, toiletries, underwear, and earrings are non-returnable.
